At Melissa Coyle Sport Psychology I work to assist both individuals and teams in improving psychological concepts based on their specific needs,  which are relevant to  their overall training and competition performance.  

My clients range from national and international, professional, amatuer athletes to exercise clients, coaches and parents.  

 

Sport & exercise psychology is used by both athletes and exercise clients (of all abilities and age)  as a way to enhance both training and competition performance, just as you would improve strength and conditioning, or technical aspects of your performance.

 

Predominantly this is achieved by facilitating behaviour changes through increasing self awareness, cognitive based practice, and utilising psychological skills based training to gain even greater individual or team success.
